Wood Replacement and Patching

• Rotted wood replacement or patching, ensuring structural integrity.

Exterior Patching 

• Expert patching of any holes or cracks on your home's exterior (foundation crack patching not included). 

Meticulous Service

• Expect thorough and meticulous service to bring out the best in your home's exterior.  

The cost of materials is included in all of our estimates, and we do not allow our customers to supply the paint themselves for our jobs. We can only guarantee the high-quality paint from Sherwin Williams that we provide; we cannot guarantee the quality or durability of other brand's paint.

The timeline below is modeled purely for demonstration purposes and is not intended to be exact. We understand that every home is unique, requiring a different process to ensure that our paint job exceeds your expectations as the homeowner. We value your time and investment.

• Moving all furniture away from the home. 
• Removing all rocks from the base of the home's foundation. 
• Pressure washing the home to ensure a clean surface for good paint adhesion. 

• Scraping off any flaking, blistering, or peeling paint. 
• Seal all cracks in the stucco and wood.
• Foundation cracks are sealed with Dry Lock.

• Covering of all windows, fixtures, doors, air conditioning units, electrical outlets, hose bibs, and concrete with plastic or paper. 

• Priming of the home if necessary to cover the old paint properly.
• Painting of all accents, trim, doors, and garage doors with two coats to ensure optimal coverage. 

• Painting of the entire body of the home and back rolling to ensure even coverage and paint application in every groove.

• Perform final touch-ups. 
• Remove all paper and plastic coverings. 
• Replace furniture and fixtures. 
• Conduct a final walk-through with the homeowner.
