After the walkthrough, you will receive a printed, no-pressure quote on the spot. We conduct all quotes on-site to ensure we fully understand the project and are well-prepared for the job. Additionally, the estimator will provide references from our previous clients.

A deposit is usually collected at the time of booking. If you need assistance selecting colors, we can arrange for a color consultant to help you choose the perfect palette.
About a week before your start date, we’ll contact you by phone and email to confirm the job details and provide your starting time window.

Upon completion, our owner will perform a final inspection with you to ensure your complete satisfaction before we pack up our equipment. If you notice anything that needs attention, let us know! Once you approve the job, we will provide a gift basket and we will request a review for your honest feedback. At this time, we prefer to collect the final payment, ensuring all details are settled to your satisfaction.
