INITIAL CONTACT & SCHEDULING
When you reach out to us, we’ll gather your information and arrange a convenient time for one of our estimators to visit your property. Typically, we can schedule this visit within a day or two. We value your time, so we provide a specific appointment time rather than a broad window.
ON-SITE VISIT
Our estimator will arrive punctually and walk the property with you, addressing any questions or concerns you may have. After the walkthrough, you will receive a printed, no-pressure quote on the spot. We conduct all quotes on-site to ensure we fully understand the project and are well-prepared for the job. Additionally, the estimator will provide references from our previous clients.
SCHEDULING THE JOB
Once you decide to proceed, simply call us at (480) 369-5077 to schedule your job at a time that suits you best. We’ll give you a firm start date so you can plan accordingly. A deposit is usually collected at the time of booking. If you need assistance selecting colors, we can arrange for a color consultant to help you choose the perfect palette.

About a week before your start date, we’ll contact you by phone and email to confirm the job details and provide your starting time window.
DURING THE PAINT JOB
INITIAL WALKTHROUGH
On the first morning, our owner will walk through the project with you, addressing any questions and confirming colors and locations. Our crew typically consists of our owner and a helper or two. We prioritize your satisfaction, so this is an ideal time to discuss any concerns you may have.
DAILY FOLLOW-UP & INSPECTIONS
Throughout the project, we maintain daily communication and we inspect the quality of work. This rigorous process ensures you receive the best possible results. Our commitment to thorough quality checks and continuous training sets us apart from other painting companies.
FINAL INSPECTION & COMPLETION
Upon completion, our owner will perform a final inspection with you to ensure your complete satisfaction before we pack up our equipment. If you notice anything that needs attention, let us know! Once you approve the job, we will provide a gift basket and we will request a review for your honest feedback. At this time, we prefer to collect the final payment, ensuring all details are settled to your satisfaction.
